Why support us?

w2eu.info provides information to refugees and migrants that might be useful on their journey to and through Europe. We want to give access to counseling and useful contacts in different European countries. Thanks to your support, they have access to high-quality, reliable and independent information on issues such as housing, work, asylum procedures or minority rights and information again the fear for right to stay and against the injustice of deportation for all European countries (transit or arrival).

By providing information that can help them on their journey to and through Europe, we aim to support them in organizing themselves and interconnecting with each other and solidarity structures in their fight for a better future as well as fighting against misinformation (e.g. from the media), administrative confusion, wandering and despair. Together we fight against Europe’s inhumane border regime, refusals of entry, detentions and expulsions. Because freedom of movement is everybody’s right!

Our actions

• Gather quality information on the widest possible range of issues of importance to migrants and refugees from collectives and associations sharing our struggle in different countries. In this way, we maintain an active solidarity network across Europe.
• Update and maintain the w2eu.info website to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information possible.
• Facilitate accessibility to this information and linguistic inclusiveness by translating website content into English, French, Arabic and Farsi.
• Contribute to the organization of transnational solidarity events for and with migrants and refugees.- -

Budget
Our annual budget is around €10,000, mainly divided between travel expenses for our biannual physical meetings, website maintenance, translation, printing of posters and flyers for allied collectives and people on the move themselves.
