The Humanitarian Service Point (HSP) of the Slovenian Red Cross, located at Kolodvorska ulica 20 in Ljubljana, provides support and assistance to migrants and other vulnerable groups. It is a safe, accessible, and respectful space where individuals can receive basic humanitarian aid and essential information to help them navigate and integrate into the local community.

Within the framework of the HSP provides:

• Distribution of basic material assistance, such as clothing, footwear, hygiene products, and SIM cards;
• Educational workshops in Slovenian, English, and Arabic, tailored to the needs of the users;
• Administrative support, including assistance with completing forms, understanding official procedures, and communicating with institutions;
• Information and referrals regarding access to healthcare services, social support, legal assistance, and other forms of aid.
