The Pravni Centre is an implementing partner with the UNHCR that provides legal aid, counselling for refugees, and attempts to ensure the protection of their rights and provides assistance during their integration into the Montenegrin society. The main nationalities that seek their help are from Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. They are also concerned with statelessness in Montenegro and provide legal aid to the Roma, Ashkelia, and Egyptian (RAE) populations as well as victims of gender-based violence. They indicate that they are staffed with lawyers with experience in providing legal assistance in accessing healthcare, pension issues and in preparing written and oral documentation for court or administrative bodies.

Assistance particularly to the Roma refugees from Kosovo. The Red Cross is the implementing partner of UNHCR and runs the Konik camp for them. As well as physical infrastructure there is an emphasis on education of women, preventing early marriage and the provision of legal aid, for example to acquire identity documents, which are a prerequisite for access to many other rights.
Psycho-social support is also provided to other refugees and vulnerable people. The focus is on inclusion in society and access to education.
