There are several specialised groups and NGOs for legal advice on asylum as well as for undocumented people. The main solidarity groups as well as meeting points and autonomous schools are listed here.

We try to keep this list up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that by the time you read this, all groups still exist. Most of them also have a facebook page, where they can be contacted.

There are free legal advisory services in all bigger Swiss cities. Find the complete list here: rbsadr_extern-3.pdf (Last Update in March 2024, by Swiss Refugee Council). Further, you can also contact AsyLex, an independent non-profit organization located in Switzerland providing legal advice to asylum seekers online, by following this link. In the regions Bern, Basel and North-Western Switzerland as well as Zurich, asylum seekers whose request has been rejected and whose legal representative isn’t willing to make an appeal, can have juridical support by the independent project Pikett Asyl by filling in their form and scanning the relevant documents.
